actually kinda fake.... but my main tl has been showing rate limit exceeded for almost a day now!!! only on my phone though. my ipad, browser and other accounts don't do the same thing though. i've been filling my time with reddit and drawing instead. a sign i should post to dreamwidth more?!souvenirs!
i got a lot of souvenirs from japan! highlights include pilot iroshizuku kosumosu, a thomas & friends cloth container thing, a money fan (!!!), and a lunchbox bag, plus some hachiware/chiikawa goods!laptop screen repaired (REAL)(FINALLY)
i finally sent my laptop for a LCD replacement today. the replacement arrived a few days ago and i had to wait until it was a sunday. it was done in less than two hours!!! i'm looking at my screen (and NOT an extended monitor) at this very moment. in addition to paying for the replacement i placed a deposit for a battery replacement since my laptop dies at 30%... this is why i need to earn money LOLdrawing time
not to jinx it... but drawing has been really fun! i'm going at a really slow pace, especially compared to where i was a year ago. i'm keeping at it though! there is progress. there is change. drawing chiaki and shuta (and hidaka) is really fun albeit difficult.current wips!

ŌOKU THE INNER CHAMBERS ANIME!!!!!!!!!!
netflix released the anime adaptation of one of my fave manga of all time... and it doesn't disappoint so far! maybe i'm biased but i love this adaptation - they portrayed some scenes so beautifully. maybe a little stiff, but that's not too far from what i think of yoshinaga fumi works. also some off-model moments here and there, but that's not a popular complaint i think. can't wait to finish it!!!dreamwidth related
i think i got a little burned out from all my giffing this week... it doesn't give me as much satisfaction as drawing. i feel as if giffing and making edits are a little futile compared to drawing fanart... not sure if futile is the right word but the point is: i feel a little empty after doing them - the repetition kills me a little. moderation in the future is key i guess!i also need to make more icons...
